30-day returns

If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@thezenstep.com and we'll arrange a return. Returns are free — no forms, no photos, no hoops.

Refunds

Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we'll sort a swap.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, email contact@thezenstep.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right straight away — no return needed.
