Free tracked shipping

Every ZenStep order ships free, with tracking.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary with your location and carrier demand.

Tracking

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated after a few days, give it a little time — then email us and we'll chase it.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable window, contact contact@thezenstep.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
